Help Lilia Back on her Feet
Lilia Moreno recently underwent a liver transplant at Loyola Medical Center after 6 months of waiting for a donor. This single mother of two beautiful girls, Natalie and Ailany, is a fighter. At the age of 14, she was diagnosed with Hepatitis and 5 years ago with Diabetes.
She has always been a strong woman, but her health began to deteriorate a little less than a year ago. She was in and out of the hospital with several complications and doctors immediately put her on liver transplant list. Fortunately, the last week of March doctors had found a compatible donor. Lilia was sadden for the other family’s loss, but happier than ever for her two daughters.
This family is in need of assistance to alleviate every day living expenses until her disability is approved. This could take weeks… possibly months. Any help would be much appreciated.
